Support
Email is the fastest way to get help. Questions, bug reports and data requests all go to the same address.
Usually answered within a few days. If something is broken badly enough to be losing you data, please say so in the subject line.
Reporting a bug
Four things make a bug report solvable rather than a guessing game. If you can include them, please do:
- What you were trying to do, and what happened instead.
- Your device and OS version — an iPhone 13 mini on iOS 18, for example.
- The Atsuma version, from Settings at the bottom of the screen.
- A screenshot, if there was anything on screen worth seeing.
Anything involving money is worth reporting immediately, even if you are not sure it is wrong. A balance that looks incorrect is treated as urgent.
Common questions
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings, then Delete Account. It happens straight away, and the app shows you exactly what will be removed before you confirm.
No longer have the app installed? Use the account deletion page to ask us to do it — you do not need to be signed in anywhere.
Either way, photos you added to any album are deleted, including albums other people own. Content you posted into a shared group may remain where removing it would break the record for other people — an expense that others' balances depend on, for example. The deletion page and the Privacy Policy both explain this in full.
Someone sent me an invite link. Do I need the app?
No. You can open the link in a browser and reply without an account. You will need the app to join the group chat, see the shared album, or take part in shared expenses.
Can I get a copy of my data?
Yes. Email support@atsuma.app from the address on your account and ask.
I think a balance is wrong.
Email as soon as you notice. Include the group name, the expense you think is wrong, and what you expected to see. Do not settle up on a figure you do not trust.
Is Atsuma available on Android?
An Android version is in testing. Email if you would like to be added.
Security issues
If you have found a security vulnerability, email support@atsuma.app with "security" in the subject line. Please give a reasonable window to fix it before disclosing publicly. Reports are taken seriously and answered.
Privacy and data requests
Access, correction, deletion and portability requests go to the same address. See the Privacy Policy for what those rights cover.
